2. Sensitive information

Your Psychological Capital Assessment results, and anything you choose to share with us in an enquiry or booking, may be health information or other sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We only collect this information with your consent, which you give by completing the assessment or sending us your message. We use it only to provide your results, to prepare for and run your debrief or Discovery Session, and to deliver our coaching services to you. We do not use sensitive information for marketing, and we do not disclose it to anyone other than the service providers described in section 4 who need it to deliver our services.

We use your personal information to:

4. Where your information is stored and who we share it with

The Psychological Capital Assessment runs on our own website, and your responses and results are stored on our Site's hosting platform. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate our Site and deliver our services:

  • Replit, which hosts our Site and the assessment
  • Calendly, which manages Discovery Session bookings
  • ClickUp, where we store contact, waitlist and enquiry details and manage our email communications
  • Google Analytics, which provides website analytics and conversion tracking

Some of these providers store information on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not sell, trade or share your personal information with any other third parties, except where required by law or where necessary to deliver our services through the providers listed above. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies on our Site. We use Google Analytics for analytics and conversion tracking so we can understand how visitors use the Site, which pages they view, where they come from and which actions they take, such as completing the assessment or booking a Discovery Session. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies, although some features of the Site may not work as intended if you do.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Assessment responses and results are retained so we can deliver your debrief and, if you go on to work with us, support your coaching. Enquiry messages and booking details are retained while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. When we no longer need your information, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting hello@sublimestudio.com.au, and we will do so unless we are required by law to keep it.
